We built North Pine Capital around a simple observation: the strategies that quietly compound family wealth — income-producing real estate, energy, private businesses, and secured lending — are too often wrapped in high-fee funds that separate investors from the assets they own and the people running them.

As a sponsor and operator, we do the opposite. We source opportunities directly, underwrite them ourselves, engineer the structure and tax treatment, and invest our own capital alongside our investors. The result is direct ownership, clear economics, and a partner whose incentives point the same direction as yours.
